Our roots are from the Amalfi Coast and therefore, many of our specialties focus on dishes from the sea including favorites such as our Guazzetto ai Frutti di Mare appetizer with clams, mussels, shrimp, calamari, garlic in a garlic white wine broth, Ravioli d’Aragosta featuring homemade ravioli filled with Maine lobster meat in a lobster rosemary reduction with cream and our Branzino con Polenta, a braised sea bass in white wine with fresh thyme, lemon, onions, fresh tomato wedges and grilled polenta.
If meat is more your style, we have Carpaccio alla Cipriani on the appetizer menu, thinly sliced beef tenderloin topped with arugula, shaved Parmesan cheese, with capers in olive oil and lemon. Our Pollo alla Griglia Marinato is a house favorite; grilled marinated de-boned half chicken with double blanched garlic sauce served with roasted potatoes and vegetable.
